PARTNER AGENCIES
Licensed employers
Every security officer is employed by a partner security agency that holds its own PSARA licence. The agency invites its officers to SafePik and assigns them to bookings.
REVIEWED BY SAFEPIK
Before anyone can be booked
Each officer completes a profile in the SafePik Officer app. SafePik then reviews the police verification certificate issued by the police, the officer's ID details, a live photo taken in the app, and a video call. SafePik can reject an officer, and can suspend one later.
LOCATION
Shared on duty, never off duty
An officer's location is shared only while they are on duty. When they are off duty, it is not shared at all.

Who we are, and what we are not

SafePik Private Limited is a private company. It is not a government body, not a police service, and not affiliated with, appointed by, or endorsed by any police service or government agency.

Statutory police verification is carried out by the competent authorities. SafePik does not perform it. SafePik reviews the certificate the police issue as one part of its own check before an officer can be booked through SafePik, and that review confers no authority of its own. Each partner agency holds its own PSARA licence and remains responsible for its officers.
